The Taylynn Team is so close knit that we call each other family. It probably helps that the three partners are family ( Mother, Daughter, and Son/Brother In Law). We each bring a special set of skills to the table which compliment each other.
Taya
Co-founder & Marketing Architect
Taya has been part of TayLynn Business Solutions in one form or another for over 15 years. She stepped into her role as a partner in 2011 and became president when the company incorporated in 2015.⠀

Taya's favourite part of Taylynn is helping other entrepreneurs find joy and passion in running their business. Whether that means taking some of the load off through taking over the bookkeeping, social media, online business management, or educating the entrepreneur on how to run a more streamline business, or finding hidden efficiencies Taya is passionate about business.
Fun Fact: Taya used to be a part of "The Young Canadians". Since retiring from the main stage, she now organizes a Women's Choir!

L ynette
Co-Founder, Bookkeeping & Payroll Wizard
Lynnette is the founder of TayLynn Business Solutions back when it was a sole proprietorship with only one client. With over 20 years of hands-on experience, it makes her an excellent source of knowledge for the TayLynn family. Lynnette is driven to provide exceptional service to all her clients and strives for perfection. Her attention to detail has had a huge positive impact on your clients’ books over the years.
Lynette's favourite part about working at Taylynn is that she sees all of her team members as part of her actual family – not just David and Taya. She loves that at Taylynn we care about each other as people first.
Fun Fact: Lynnette home schooled both of her kids!

Olga
Bookkeeping Rockstar
Olga is a bookkeeping superstar! She has her Bachelor of Commerce with a Major in Finance, Canadian Securities Certification, and the Canadian Association of Petroleum Production Accounting Certificate! Her passion for bookkeeping, positive attitude, and endless knowledge have helped her to balance the books for hundreds of small businesses.
Her favourite part about working at Taylynn is the team spirit, flexibility, and that we are always looking for new and innovative ideas
Fun Fact: Outside of work Olga's favourite activity is playing aggressive ball hockey

Chaunti
Business Management Rockstar
Chaunti has been in business administration for over 10 years! She has a wide variety of experience ranging from higher education administration, spa, and clinical office management.
She loves being a part of the TayLynn Family because of the flexible and family oriented work environment. She also enjoys that there is always something different happening every day.
Fun fact: Chaunti grew up on a farm until she was 15 years old!
